Clockspring ("we", "our") respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, store, process, share, and use personal information relating to you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Notice does not apply to personal data Clockspring processes in the role of a processor or service provider on behalf of our customers.

Personal Information" is defined as any information that relates to an individual who can be identified directly, or indirectly in combination with other data. This Privacy Notice applies to the Personal Information we collect and process about:

Individuals who use our products and services (for example, as an employee of one of our customers);
Individuals who are our business contacts or otherwise receive communications from us (including electronic communications, phone calls, or texts);
Individuals who express an interest in our products or services, attend or express an interest in events or webinars hosted, sponsored, or attended by Clockspring, participate in Clockspring hosted forum or communities related to Talend products and services;

Individual who are our contacts at our service providers; our business partners with whom we collaborate; and other third-parties with whom we interact in the ordinary course of business.

Use of Information

We use personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information for internal marketing purposes, for trend analysis, for pattern detection, and for site administration. However, we do not use personally identifiable information collected from the website to send unsolicited mailings to you. Of course, if applicable, we do use personally identifiable information to perform the services for which such data was collected (i.e., if you sign up for an email newsletter, we will send the email newsletter to the address you provide us).

However, we do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit contact informaation to us, such as name, phone, email address, and mailing address by filling out a form or survey, registering your email address with us or emailing us. We may also collect personal information from you at other points on our site that state that personal information is being collected.

Information that you provide vountarily

Information voluntarily submitted can include information you provided when you registered for an account, filled out a form on our Website, created or edited your user profile, correspond with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise, subscribed to our mailing lists, newsletters or other forms of marketing communications, responded to a survey, entered a promotion or use some other feature of our products or services.

Clockspring may receive some of the personal information listed in this notice from third party sources, including from your employer or the company you are affiliated with, third party suppliers from which we purchase personal information, and partners, including implementation partners, Value Added Resellers, and co-organizers or sponsors of events and webinars.

We may also collect some of the personal information listed in this notice through social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter. This personal information is the information that you choose to make publicly available on these platforms and may include your name, email address, and other biographical information such as job title, company name, area of expertise and professional interests.

We may combine the information we received from third-party sources with personal information provided voluntarily by you in order to update, expand, and analyze our records, identify new customers, and create more tailored advertising about the products and services that may be of interest to you. However, we are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by Clockspring. This Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of a third party website accessed by selecting a link on our site. We encourage our users to read the privacy statements of other websites before proceeding to use them.

Your Rights Regarding the Use of Your Personal Information

You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you for marketing purposes. When we send a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. Notwithstanding the promotional preferences you indicate for your Account we may continue to send you administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to our Privacy Policy.

We protect your information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures.
